hello im becca, and im into photography so much these days.
the only thing i need help on, is what to take a picture of..
so i want your ideas, just anything to do with photography, and what i could take a picture of.

i dont mind, i want any wild ideas..
like something bright and colourful.. along with something dull and dirty.

You can take a picture of absolutely anything you want to.

Most people tend to take pictures associated with their hobbies or likes, ie motor sport, football, rugby, ice hockey etc. some people shoot landscapes, others people, buildings.

It is allsubjective and dependant on each individual.

That's a pretty difficult question to answer, as it's each to their own. Just go out and experiment you'll enjoy it more if you photograph something that interests you, not just what other people have suggested.

I would recommend going out and playing with the camera taking pictures of as mony things as possible.

I never thought I would like taking pictures at Zoo's as I hadn't been to many before getting my camera, I now have an annual pass and am there most weeks seeing whats changed and seeing what I can do differently

With a camera in tow I would guess you;ll see your local area differently than without as you'll take it for granted whereas with a camera you may look at different things that could come out interesting in a photo

Have a play and see what feels right

You could use the weekly theme as inspiration too, always makes you try and think out of the box! And you could keep a record of your pics for your own learning journey.

Becca ... see you're a junior member - hi - my young niece LOVES clothes to a fault - if you do, you could set up a "mini-fashion shoot show" on your PC by going to the mall, take pictures of displays, racks etc - maybe ask to see the "window dresser" for some storeroom mannequins
...just get permission before shooting in-store..how knows ..future career?

or a nearby outdoor market will have lots of clothes displayed

sometimes I like to take pics of everyday objects but try to make them from a different perspective, knives, forks, toothbrush etc. Always good especially when weather is bad.

landscapes dont move a lot and are full of details and differing perspectives

good for the eye in doing composition and effective management of available light

and using a tripod
