PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS EFFECT/TECHNIQUE!!

This puzzles the heck out of me every time I see it!! :bang:

What, and how do I do, this effect?!

I'm not looking for it to bump up my professional work, but I'd like to know how to do it to add a certain tinge to my photos incase they are just casual ones!

Sorry for the load of images, i'm just attempting to get the point across!

You could get a similar effect with a strong warming photo filter, you'd be surprised how much difference it makes.

cross processing / lomo effect. There'll be loads of tutorials on youtube for it. OR.... if you have PS Elements - there is a quick single click way to do it....

select 'guided' from the tabs.. then choose 'lomo camera effect' from the list.. simples!

Looks like one of the many cross process actions around, check out google or deviant art till you find one you like.
