I dont come on here very often but late last year someone posted some pics of their children which were stunning - I remember they had got a new lens for Xmas & were trying it out.
There was a pic where the little girl (maybe 2yrs old, maybe bit younger) was near Xmas tree & the lights were all bokeh (spelling?!) in background, also same little girl was at park on some of the shots.
Anyway, I now have some money to put towards a new lens & I remember at the time wanting the lens that produced those shots - and the expertise preferably but I guess you cant buy that!
I think it was a regular poster but dont know any other details, can anyone remember the thread & the photos I mean??????????
