Please help make this picture, better..

I'm far from an expert but to me the main thing that seems wrong is the angle, just makes you want to tilt your head to look at it

Ok, the end part of the staircase with the acorn like thing on the left is competing for attention in the image. Your use of flash is a bit too obvious, try gel colour balance. The wide angle composition doesn't lend much and probably makes it worse. I would have zoomed in enough to get rid of the ends of the staircase , have the bride more featured and probably put a gel on the flash, perhaps I migh have shot this in portrait, the attempt at leading lens with the banister doesn't quite work oh and her head is not in a clean space.. However, bride is nicely posed, good expression, it's a good image, I'd just crop it if I were you now, now that you have taken the image.

Thats a good point.

Many thanks for your info.

I'd spend a little more time in PP with it, assuming that's what you're asking and depending on the style you want to go for.

Personally, I'd give it a screen layer with a bit of colour (although keeping opacity way down) and maybe a gradient shadow (again very subtle) from one side, both just to tone down the shock to the eyes that the background light is creating.

I'd also reiterate the crop comments above - crop out the banister on the right and the camera in the background on the left, whilst still keeping it a wide landscape shot, assuming you can without cropping out any of the bride
