kinda new on the forum but hopeing your experiance can help me decide what to do

basic background: im 22 just graduated from stafford university on a Autamotive technology degree.

i have been pondering doing a foundation degree in photography with business to possibly do some free lance in the futute (have no idea really) but i enjoy photography and thats why i wanna do it, is there much chance on getting an income from it in the future even if it's just to acompany my day job, to start with the photo's have to be good enough to sell but how do you go about getting them out there etc. thats where i hope the collage course would come in just want you opinions on makeing money of shots, and if there is the demand for it

here is a selection of some of my faverite shots from my welcome thread

OK first off - learn to spell - nobody's going to take you seriously until that's taken care of.
Second, if your photos are good enough, the magazines/agencies will take them, but bear in mind you'll be one of a million other people all competing in the same market-place...

Also beware that having just done a degree you are extremely unlikely to receive any funding for any further study, something to be aware of. I made the mistake of doing a degree in something I have no interest in pursuing as a career and am now stuck unable to take a second degree without self funding the whole lot

yeah my spelling isn’t the best i now that, and that’s kind of answered my question of the competition ect, I really enjoy photography, but don’t want to spend a few years doing this to find out it's a waste of time if it goes now where in the future.

I think someone said in a similar post that a pro spends 70% of his time drumming up business and sorting out paper work .

Hell of a lot of commitment needed to get anywhere in pro togging.

My compliments to the pro's on here whom earn a crust.
