I've been planning on heading up to Glencoe on Monday for the day, I've checked the long range forecast and it's about the only half decent day forecast in the next three weeks, the forecast is sunny intervals with some cloud.

For those that know this area, is it worth going with that sort of forecast? I'm a bit dissappointed I've missed all the cracking days recently, but think I should still get some shots, even if it is a bit cloudy.

cloud is better than clear skies for dramatic shots, and you will be after those dramatic shots with all that dramatic scenery tbh !

wouldnt listen to forcast but low clouds are best over hills. think more light & shade as the hills give dramatic effects at different times of day & weather. sure you wont be disappointed either way

I went up to Lochness in November and the weather was terrible. But plenty of good pics were to be had!

I was up a couple of weeks ago and there was a lot of low, flat cloud.
I would leave it until you can get a sunny with clouds day. You will get some good pictures but i wont be heading up again until i can get some sun.

Wouldn't suggest it myself. Wait till the weather is sunny :) you'll get much better photographs, especially when the sun sets on a bright day! BEAUTIFUL
