I’ve been roped into doing a bit of product photography for a mate who was dropped in it last minute by his usual photographer.
He wants the products against a white background – the issue is that it’s industrial machinery and therefore couldn’t be moved out of situ. I’ve taken the pictures and now the idea is to cut out the products in Photoshop and place them against a white background.
This is a little bit out of my comfort zone, I’ve selected the outline with the pen tool……and now I’m stuck. I’ve watched a few YouTube tutorials but haven’t really been able to grasp it.
Can anyone give me a quick run through of the easiest way to do this?
Thanks in advance.
