Hi

I am looking for new places to photograph in the peak district.

I've been to curbar, hope valley, stanage and chatsworth but I need more places that are interesting to capture but doesn't take ages to get there.

Please could you help me

Tom

dark peak, or light peak?

makes a difference - they are about 1 hour apart! Do you have transport?

Dove Dale is pretty.
Tissington village.
Thor's Cave.
Wetton and Manifold valley.
Ilam.
Lathkill Dale.
Wolfescote Dale.
Berrisford Dale.

Just a few. from the white peak area.

not forgetting Eyam - this is a lovely place, if you like history and walking

I live in Hayfield, there's lots round here. You'll need to do a bit of walking though.

our club does a lot of walking in that area...good parking and toilets as well..my first foray was kinder scout, then lantern pike...
i think photographically you must be thinking moors, tones and shapes, cameo shots...and wait for that powerful weather in the meantime..its not always sunny up there
