I'm looking for good places to capture decent landscape shots in the Cotswolds, probably not towns as they're likely to be busy with people and cars..looking more for interesting countryside etc?

thanks

Almost every where in the Cotswolds is a good place to take photographs - even the towns will do you proud if you look for the opportunities.

I'm really looking for those "special" places, I know I can't expect dramatic scenery like that of Wales/laske District etc but I'm looking for somewhere with some impact - I'll doing doing a few walks so have plenty of flexibility on locations

I don't know where you are but if you are coming across the border a reasonable place to start might be Cleeve Hill which is quite a high ridge that runs around Cheltenham and Prestbury in Gloucestershire. Great view and plenty of ground to cover on the hill as well. If you google image it, that'll give you an idea of the potential. Just a thought......

We drove down to Cotswold nearly every weekend this summer, visiting one or two town/village each time.
The whole of Cotswold is simply outstanding.
Castle Coombe, Stowe, Burton, Malmsbury, Bibury, Northleach...all of these are wonderful. Not to mention Bath and Stratford.
I hope my photographic skills could do justice to the beauty of the place.
