Quite a few motorcycle accessories could be fitted to a powered chair - tax disk holder, mirrors etc. How about a Colonel Bogey or Dixie air horn?

I reckon a 600cc Honda engine with a nitrous conversion would fit under the seat.
You may have to upgrade the brakes - and a few other things.

I was going to suggest a transversely mounted 2.0l duratec over the rear wheels. Power to weight should be pretty good. Might need some bigger wheels and tyres to transmit the power to the road, and a considerable amount of engineering to make it all work.

Can't forget the bean tin exhaust. Oh and racing stripes with a shopping list down the side of parts you don't own and can't afford. They alone will add an extra 50bhp

Funny that - my previous car had one fitted and it was quick It is definitely a must. Maybe add 2x CO2 fire extinguishers at the rear for a quick jet boost if needed.
also consider some flower pots as a camouflage for taking photos.

Interesting to be reminded of this thread, recently I've been making a concerned effort to improve my health/lifestyle this has seen me doing some more walking, and as a result seeing a lot of my neighbours, I live in a small village so know all my local neighbours, and have known most since I was able communicate almost...while one elderly neighbour was virtually a grandad to me, he now has a mobility scooter and he was a engineer at Massy Ferguson...so I ordered him some MF decals for his scooter
