Picture upload problem

I can't upload any pictures onto my TP Gallery. I can upload to Flickr just fine so I am pretty sure it is not my computer. I've tried both the apple and the pc and they both just think and think then shut down when I try to upload to TP. Any suggestions?
 
hmmm

are you getting a yellow line appear at the top of the explorer window? also, are your java applets up to date? another thing to check, make sure tp is in your allowed sites in your firewall?
 
It could be a problem with the new router's firewall. I will have my husband check that as that is the only thing both the pc and mac share. Both machines just sit and spin and spin before coming up with an error message. I'm not sure what you mean by yellow line.
 
on IE there is a yellow information line that 'drops down' to say something like allow this Java or something daft like that.

my money is currently on the router...
 
Sorry I don't use IE I use firefox and Safari. Firefox does have a bar that comes down but it hasn't done that with TP yet. I'll check the router tonight.
