Picture Package in CS4?

what happened to the 'Piture Package' feature, my IT dept have put CS4 on my computer, and picture package, which I used a fair bit on previous version of PS, is no longer a feature!

I downloaded the plugins but as yet been unable to install correctly and get it to fuction. Have resorted to putting files on a mem stick and performing task on another machine with an older version of Photoshop!
 
All I did to get them working was to double click the PHSPCS4_Cont_LS1.exe file that was downloaded, this extracted the files on to the desktop by default in a folder called Adobe CS4 then it was just a case of copying the files out of the English folder into the relevant Photoshop folders on your computer. Be careful though if you are running a 64bit version of Photoshop that you put them in the correct 64bit folders.
