I do occasional photography as 'staff photographer' for the design company I work for. I've had about 6 photos in print so far. Two front covers and a DPS amongst others. I've shot several more recently that are all out on proof, if they go for them then it will be several dozen more

Numerous images published over last year, mainly Bristol Rugby, City and local sports in local rags. Best haul was a Sunday paper where I had front cover, double page spread feature and the back page, netting a few bob. Have represented the BBC at numerous events too with coverage on both the national and local sites. Of course, bespoke work for certain customer often goes unseen.

Earlier this year I sold 15 jpegs to a racing car team who happened to be at the britcar event I was covering off spec.

I send my rugby ones off to local paper and if they haven't sent one of their own photographers down, they sometimes out mine in. Have had photo on spine of rugby RFU Yearbook though...

and sold calendars with my rugby pics on (but only at our rugby club - does that count )

Got front page and few band shots in the lancashire evening post (local newspaper) and more recently got photos published in motoring news and autosport

Excellent! Unfortunately i rarely buy the LEP (not that its a bad paper, i just rarely buy papers), would be interesting to see the pics you had published though!

Just the one so far. A tiny pic for a tiny live review of my friends' band in 'The Fly'. Still gave me a massive buzz to see my name in print beside the photo tho!

It's really impressive to read about all the successes that people on here have had. A wealth of experience for us newbies to draw on!

I've kept the papers but finding them is another matter haha
I only buy the LEP for the jobs section and on few occasions on Friday for the WOW bit
