I've had that fluey bug, one day laid up and now back in work feeling crap but to be fair am sure I'm mending quicker for it :)

Get yourself out and about and take your mind off it, two days without eating might have had something to do with it lol.
 
I started to feel like I had a cold on saturday but felt ok for work on Mon/Tue but today I went in and felt like ***p once the air con had drained me of all my fluids as the women in our office have to have it set to incinerator mode and now I just ache all over and feel drained with a bloody heavy cold and a thick head...........women in offices .....I HATE EM
