I have just started to look at setting up a Picasa web page to store and share some of my photos but it looks like anyone can upload photos to it. Also how can I move the different albums around on the main page?
 
On my picasa albums the only people that would be able to upload photos are those I have shared it with (different to who can view the album).

If you have shared it with a friend and they are shown on the right hand side of the album under the title 'shared with' and next to them they have an icon to allow/disallow them to add photos - just click it to toggle the permissions (greyed out is disallowed and the default state).
