Phoytoshop Glitch (Sorted)

I have obviously clicked something accidentlly, but my cursor is just a small dot with a crosshair, no matter what tool I choose it is still the same. Any idea how to revert it back please?

Did you press the caps lock key?

Its probably caps lock as DD suggests otherwise have you tried Edit>Preferences>Cursors ?
Allows you to change brushes to 'Precise' (Cross hair) also 'other cursors does the same for some other tools

Most people have done the caps lock thing at least once.
