Anyone using them? Experiences? Where to buy in the UK etc?

Cheers :)

Reviews are good, I'll get some when the Nikon version comes out. I imported my Stratos, just google and do a price comparison.

I got them direct and think their fantastic , so far I can't fault them. It's also great you can adjust exp comp from the camera and/or the back of the unit as well

Which website, how much did it cost in total? Considering swapping my PW flex's for them..

Misfires occasionally. I could just buy an AC3 to get what I want really but there's so many niggles with the PW's, although they're generally great.

Yeah I like the simplicity of the AC3, but I didn't know there were niggles. Waiting for the Nikon version of the Odin is boring.

I think from memory I paid £330 for 1x tx and 2x rx, I can't post a link as I'm on my phone but just google phottix online shop and that should get you to it

I bought my STRATO 2's from these peophttp://www.fotosense.co.uk/le -

They seemed ok and beat all other prices on the Phottix stratos 2's - The Odin looks like a real contender for when I need that control.....

£331.55 for a transmitter and receiver, going to cost more than my PW's for two receivers!

Bought mine online from Hong Kong. Think it was about £300 for the TCU and 2 receivers.

But I've also matched it up with my Strato receivers for dumb triggering in addition to the two I can control from the TCU.

Tend to mainly use the Odin receivers for manual adjustment at the camera when the speedlight is in a Phottix easy-up soft box, or when I want off camera high speed synch.

I don't really use them for TTL very much.

For your interest I have a set in the forsales

would also be interested in how people are finding these. Adam one stop digital are doing phottix odins set for 239.99 and additional reciever for 99.99
