I have photoshop cs3 exteneded. I am looking at an upgrade. I use PS for normal photo work and batch processing.
Should I stick with exteneded and go for cs6 exteneded or just go for cs6.
Any advice from you guy using any of them.

No one out there with any advice then?
 
The main features of the extended version are
3D support
Improved video support
Matlab intergration
Dicom support
Image Analysis
If you don't use any of these you probably don't really need the extended version.
