i can identify with that, we had to produce some parts for a new office with some 'cool' photos that the client had taken. sadly, the client had taken them with what must have been a first generation camera phone, with his eyes shut, and in the dark. He expected these tiny pictures to be enlarged to cover a wall 3m high and 5.8m long. when i pointed out the lack of image size/clarity and pixels i was told that i could just 'photoshop it'...

I get that scenario so many times. (I'm a printer). Customers download an image from the interweb at 72 ppi, place it in a brochure enlarged 300% and get all arsey when I have to explain that their image will be almost unrecognisable."Well you're a printer, can't you do something in Photoshop"
