Photoshop tutorials?

Hi,
I finally managed to get hold of Photoshop CS3 but havn't a clue how to use it. The manual is useless and my strategy of "trial and error" isn't working :bang:

Just wonding if any one knows any good online tutorials for dummies or know of any better photoshopping software.

I learnt loads the other night, just by typing "Photoshop" into youTube.

Theres also lots of tuts on Tutorialized.com and Photoshoproadmap.com
