Folks, what Photoshop plugins do you find useful?
Some of these are quite expensive (Nik bundle for example) but there must be some freeware or less expensive ones that peeps have found useful?

If so please list them here :)

Would be intrested to see what LR ones people can recomened aswell please :)

I like Topaz Adjust. It's great for improving the tonality, detail, and colour of photos. Some people also use it for a pseudo-HDR effect. I've also recently started using Topaz Lens Effects which is great for such things as altering the focus point in a photo, creating bokeh, making fake tilt-shift photos, and so on.

Neither is particularly cheap and nor are any of the Topaz effects, though the complete bundle can work out cheaper if you use enough of the packages, but a) they have pretty good discounts from time to time, and b) once you've bought a package, upgrades are free.
 
I liked Noise Ninja so much I almost paid for it. ;)
 
actions, brushes, I use these all the time.
