Photoshop's Info panel can show image dimensions in either pixels or inches (to change from one to the other means going to Edit>Preferences and altering the Rulers dropdown).

Is there a way of getting the panel to show both pixels and inches at the same time?

(The answer is almost certainly no but I thought I'd ask in case anyone has found a plugin or something else that'll do it)

If there is I've never found it.

What David said,

But,

If you set the rulers to inches and then click on image size, you can read the inches of the ruler bars and the pixels from the image size panel. Is that an answer?

Rhodese.

That's what I normally do. It's better than nothing I suppose, but not as good as having an instant readout in the info panel (which can already show a lot of other items). It would be an easy tweak for Adobe to make - just add two check boxes under 'Document Sizes' in Info Panel Options, one for pixels, the other for inches (or mm/cm/etc.)

The only thing I can think of is to make a new panel, load it into Photoshop and drag it across to form an extra tab (called 'untitled-1' below).

The best it'll do though is access the Preferences box with one click of the new 'Units & Rulers' button, like so:
