Photoshop help

Hi guys and girls
one of my friends had a photo done for a car magazine he asked for the edited photos but they only sent him the before pictures
i can edit little things but this is beyond me can anyone help shop this out?

Well I don't know how it looked in the mag but heres a very quick play with how I'd do it. Ran out of time to fiddle with it as I have a meeting soon.
