Photoshop help needed

Hi all.

A friend of mine asked me to photoshop a picture for her to erase her double chin, im having no luck getting it to look realistic, could anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial online, or if anyone would like to share the way they find best that would be great, thank you all in advance.

Hard to imagine why that wouldn't work as you're just brushing back to another layer. That's probably the easiest and most effective way of doing it, so if that doesn't work for you, perhaps you need to be handing the job over to someone else?
