Photoshop Gift Tags

Hi

A friend has asked me to help her create some gift tags in Photoshop. The tags are only 8cm by 3cm.

In order to create a test one I started with the page size of 8cm by 3 cm, added the text and a picture using a brush style. The issue I have is, due to the size the print quality is not good.

Should I be creating a label using a normal size and once I am happy with it, resize it to the size I want? We are hoping to get the tags printed on photo paper.

Hi Kev,

My other half does word-clouds and we worked out doing them in around A3 size then shirking it down keeps the quality pin sharp and will work in most frames.

In short create larger then re-size..
