Can anyone direct me to a good site that teaches photoshop specifically for photographer. By that I mean something that does not focus on full on manipulation of an image. I have some basic knowledge and can use most of the tools I need, but i struggle to make those adjustments that will give my images a real punch!

I find the Adobe Photoshop channel on YouTube to be pretty good http://www.youtube.com/user/Photoshop/videos along with their own Adobe TV http://tv.adobe.com/ which has a Photography section under 'Channels'.
