Photoshop elements help please

I'm hoping someone may be able to help here.
I've just built a new computer but as my copy of photoshop is old I can't register it.

I am thinking of now buy pse 11or12 but not sure if it had the functions I use in photoshop

Levels adjustment?
Patch tool?
Layers?
Healing brush?
Clone tool?

If anyone could let me know I would be very grateful. Thanks t
 
It has all those - but I don't know what a patch tool is. It's similar to an older version of PS without CMYK and without extensive scripting functions

I think it's worth every penny

Ok thanks for that nick. That patch tool allows you to freely select an area say a dust spot on a photo for example. Then you can drag the selection to a similar coloured area & it will blend it in for you.

I went from using CS5 to PSE11 and I can't say I've missed anything from CS5, in fact PSE11 seems to be a lot easier to use, in conjunction with LR4 I really don't think there's any justification for photoshop if it's purely for photography :)
