Photoshop Elements 2019 Help

Hello all , wonder if anyone can help me . I just upgraded my P.C which forced me to upgrade my version of Photoshop Elements as my old software will not run on windows 10 . My new Elements 19 software is substantially different , but am getting my head around most of it gradually . However in Elements 10 , I used to be able to move the adjustment sliders with either the arrow keys or the mouse wheel . I am not managing to do this in Elements 19 , and can not find out how I can achieve this . Dragging the sliders along with the mouse feels clumsy and less accurate . Anyone know how I can set up Elements 19 so I can use the arrow keys or mouse wheel to adjust the sliders ?
 
Try double clicking on the number associated with the parameter you want to adjust. When the number is highlighted in blue, the scroll wheel adjusts the number/slider.

Happy to help when I can. (Not often the case with PP - I regard it as an evil that's to be avoided whenever possible, although I can do it if absolutely necessary!)
