Photoshop effects

Hi All


I'm looking for a framing effect for photoshop, the standard framing effects are rubbish in cs3.

Looking for effects i can blend in, in white background when creating storybook layouts
any ideas, dont mind paying

This is an example of one of the borders, although there are alot of different styles.
