Photoshop CS6, Windows 10 - Screen Flickering

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I have found that Photoshop flickers violently when moving the cursor or the canvas around. It's starting to get very annoying especially as sometimes the canvas area just goes totally black until I scroll up or down slightly (I say sometimes; It's basically all the time).

I looked into this online and found a similar issue from Windows 8 and people recommended changing the GPU rendering to basic which I have done without success.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
Things I'd try are:

Re-installing GPU drivers and then if that doesn't work, I'd un-intstall, and re-install photoshop itself.

+1. Did W10 upgrade, had a few video issues. Nvidia released W10 drivers 3 days later.
