Photoshop CS6 photo opening problem

For some reason when I use the Open As command and select RAW as the option for my JPEG photos I am now getting an error message:

This is not a valid Portable document file (PDF) it cannot be opened.


Never had this before - any ideas anyone ?

RAW files open as normal

Just rebooted machine and reloaded Photoshop and its working again
