Hi all

I recently purchased a Wacom Intuos Pro and have been getting to grips with it over the last few days - it's a great bit of kit but I have a couple of issues/queries that I can't seem to sort.

I'm using it on my 2014 iMac with Yosemite and all other software/drivers are up to date.

in PS (CS6) I was swapping from the quick select tool and the clone tool using the shortcut keys W and S on my keyboard but it wouldn't accept the changes. - it was stuck in quick select until it changed after repeated key presses/pen clicks. If I selected the clone stamp by clicking the icon then all is fine but it is very intermittent with the keys shortcuts?

I have just uninstalled the Wacom drivers, restarted the Mac then reinstalled the latest drivers but still an issue.

Any advice please?

Also, any good guides on getting the most out of the Wacom?

I cant help but with my Intuos small, it uses a different tool if I use the mouse or the tablet. So it remembers the last used tool on each. And switches automatically as soon as I move one or the other device. However I don't use PS or a Mac.

It might just be me needing to work differently but I haven't picked up anything on any tutorials or such.

I'm going to turn off my trackpad and try it plugged in rather than wireless to see if that makes a difference. It might be some wireless interference?
 
It looks like you bought exotic hardware. Should have got a Huion tablet.

I did look at the Huion but as the Wacom was a bargain it'd have been daft to ignore it.

Just being doing a bit more random editing using the tools that "stuck"before and all seems good (y)
