All this Adobe Cloud talk has confused my quite a bit and I can't find the exact answer I'm looking for. Does or will CS6 have support for the Nikon D7100? I know Lightroom 4 work with it.

If the files work in LR4 then they'll work in CS6. They use the same processing engine!
 
Ok, thanks. I thought that they had brought out an update for lightroom but hadn't yet for photoshop.
