Photoshop CS5 issue when opening any new image

It displays all of the grids and rulers every time I import and open a new image.

Any ideas how to remove this?

Think its to do with VIEW then click EXTRAS to get rid,
or it could be VIEW then SHOW ,one of them anyhow..

Go to view menu & uncheck grids & rulers
