I can't even get the website to work never mind cs2 for £50.
I'm assuming this works by buying a real unused version of CS2 and upgrading it to CS5?

Upgrade path works for me. I bought photoshop CS for £35 and then upgraded to CS4 (and then to 5)

Errr thats a used version, it's already been licenced to somebody else, they may have already upgraded so you won't be able to even if they transfer the licence.

I'm always put off buying software on ebay, i've heard too many horror stories!
