I have Adobe photoshop CS2 on my PC and want to learn how to get the best out of it.I'd like to buy a book or maybe two max on photoshop cs2 so would appreciate it if you could recommend a book or two please? Been on the amazon site and found books like cs2 for dummies,a book by scott kelly etc.
Any recommendations?
 
I've got a couple of Kelby books....
The Photoshop book for Digital Photographers and The Photoshop CS2 Book for Digital Photographers.

Both written in easy to follow format and a little added humour so that it doesn't become heavy going. I'd recommend either or both of them.

I concur with Canon Bob regarding Scott Kelby's books.

His style of writing is very easy to follow and the books are extremely informative as is his website - kelbytraining.com

As a reference book I also have:

Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Photographers by Martin Evening

Very indepth and covers all that you would need to know and more.
 
I have all of the above. Kelby's books are nice and easy to get into. I do like the Evenig book too though.
