Photoshop CC when owning Lightroom 5 question

Not sure if anyone can help with this. I am very close to subscribing to the Photoshop CC / Lightroom deal, but I already own Lightroom 5. If i subscribe to the Photoshop / Lightroom deal do I have to install Lightroom, or can I just download Photoshop? I don't want to lose the Lightroom that I have purchased already. I have looked on the Adobe Q and A which suggests that you will not lose the Lightroom you have already bought (it will have a different serial number) but wondered if anyone had practical experience of this?

You can download exactly what programs you like :)
I have the full CC package as my son needs some programs for his college course so he has just downloaded what he needs and I have done the same - hope this helps.
