Photoshop CC camera raw 9.5 OSX 10.7 10.8 issue

Be advised if your using OSX 10.7 or 10.8 Adobe advise you DON'T update camera raw to 9.5.

NOTE – We have a critical issue with support on OSX 10.7 and OSX 10.8. Please continue using Camera Raw 9.4 until we issue an update that resolves the issue.

Indeed, as ACR 9.5 comes with the latest CC Update the advice should also surely be 'don't update CC'?

I never update any Adobe product when a new update comes out, I wait a week or two to see what they managed to break.
