the creative and capture sharpening are a bit OTT for what most people need. It's the output sharpening that i generally use, i just select inkjet then the relevant ppi for the image size i'm printing. I'll then duplicate the background layer and merge it with the TLR sharpening /set. This gives me the option of reducing the capacity and erasing areas that I don't want sharpening.
