Mine are simply to take pictures, learn how to use the camera correctly & finally get some balls and not worry about shooting in public.

Do more film Swaps
A few other projects maybe I'd like a sence of direction not just randomly take everything

To drive further afield and improve my landscapes...

Wish me luck! :)

Stop buying stuff and start using it.

Amen to that

I need to make myself a deal to go out REGULARLY with my camera so I'm not re-learning things and I can move forward and learn NEW stuff

Then I'd like to do more with the images than I do now, to get them out for others to see.

Well mine are

1) Learn every function of the camera
2) Improve my shots in bad light conditions
3) Get my website up and running
4) Have a pic published
5) Take some shots of the family for future referance

I think all the above will take me to Dec 2009 :)

Get my marketing materials produced in January and album samples here by Feb. Website up and running in Jan.

Build up my wedding portfolio and sell it!

Work on the commercial side with some construction projects and develop that website.

That should keep me busy for the first three months.

1. Learn to use manual mode!
2. Spend more time taking photos
3. Have the confidence to walk around with DSLR, big tele lens, tripod, and not feel self-conscious!

And just generally impove really!

Chris

1) Explore areas of photography I've yet to venture into.
2) Try to get published.

1. Go out and take more pics.
2. Buy a new lens, probably the Tamron 17-50mm f2.8
3. Learn more on everything but mainly Photoshop
4. Enjoy all the above :-)

Mostly as said by other people
1. Generally get out and shoot more.
2. Try to improve my PPing.
3. Get the hang of mounting pictures.
4. Save for that long Prime lens that i want.

Get out of my comfort zones which are landscape and macro and into something which offers a new challenge, probably abstracts ( which I struggle to understand ) and wildlife which I just find difficult.

1) Post photos on TP for C&C so I can improve my technique.
2) Learn to use Photoshop, even just for basic processing.
3) Mount my holiday prints and create my holiday book.
4) Save up for a Sigma 10-20
5) Get the motivation/confidence to get out and take photos more often
6) Start learning about portrait photography

...and many others. I'd love to start a photoblog but realistically i don't have time at the moment, maybe once i get these other things done I can think about doing that.

Get out there and find some great inspirations... rather than sitting here waiting for them to come to meee :bang:

I love photography and love capturing moments. But I keep falling into the trap of only doing it when I am in the mood - eg not just picking up the camera and saying to myself "get ya ass out there and find something original"!

Also - be more confident in taking shots in public places!
