Photography location app

I’ve just downloaded an app for iPhone called “really good photo spots”. It uses your location to find places to go around you. The app grows by people filling out location info and uploading a photo with a description so you can then use it with google maps.

Well worth a look for anyone unfamiliar with their current location such as myself.

I don't have an iPhone but presume it's a similar premise to ShotHotspot?
I've checked the ShotHotspot site a few times when visiting new areas but always found the information to be sporadic at best unfortunately. It's a great idea just not enough people contributing I don't think, obviously don't know how 'really good photo spots' compares though.
