Photography in public - are the days numbered?

Thread was pretty over dramatic though even if this law had been passed we would have been nowhere near the banning of photography in public.

Who wants to talk as if other people are reasonable? ;)

What for them to make it law and make you buy a camera licence
Then charge you to use it again in public just to make money from it
(Like road tax and congestion charge)

PS the sooner the masses realise the Orwellian nightmare started over 20 years ago, the better.

:agree: here here. ...as they say.

Like many of us have been petitioning against the gagging law over the last year, again and again they try to get it through, pretty much smashed now I hope, certainly it seems to be one of our biggest enemies of democracy at the moment. ..especially so because the aggressive and repeated attempts to get it through seem a little obscure and not well understood....fishy indeed.

All due to agenda 21 in my opinion. Now I'm off to find my foil hat... lol

deleteing images as stated by the sergeant in the vid is ridiculous its "EVIDENCE" and any good tog who deleted the pics could probably recover them at home with some simple software so the cop needs to learn more about the laws he's supposed to protect. and i have nothing but admiration for most of our police forces theres just a few idiots who spoil the image for everyone. i have yet to see a vid of a nice copper saying "nah thats all right mate take as many as you like" my wife was involved in a serious car crash less than 500 yards from our house my son was nearby and attended the scene i'd spoken to him on the phone and told him to "get pictures"(other vehicle was a rapid response ambulance) he started taking photo's and was asked not to do so by one of the officers on scene.as soon as he explained it was his mum in the car and his dad had asked him to get some pics the officer said just get what you need but keep out the way. no problem photos taken and went to the hospital with her in the ambulance so lots of common sense taken by the police that day.(y)

P.S. Where did the forum 'shrug' smiley go? I wanted one at the end of that last sentence and it's buggered off!

No idea!
