Photography Holidays for 20 somethings?

Hi all, I am trying to get into photography and would like to combine this with a holiday next year. I am looking for an interesting place to go and get some tuition, but I would also like to go with people of a similar age (mid 20's - Mid 30s).

Any ideas or anyone heard about this type of holiday?
