Photography Courses

Hello All,

Im up for a Personal Development Review next month at work and I have been asked to look into photographic courses.

I have been fudgeing my way in photography for about 2 years now and would like to know if you guys had any recomendations for courses I could enroll in (also if poss with links please)

I think we'd need a bit more information before we can make some sensible suggestions.

What exactly do you do? How does photography fit into this? Is your company going to provide assistance, eg fees, time off etc?

sorry more info as follows,

I work for the fire service in the training department, but also Im looking for promotion to the photographic department.......

If I get my promotion I will need to work with film as well as digital so will need some knowledge of both.

I should receive 80% of any course fees from work as it is part of my development within the department.
