Photography courses/qualifications

Hi

I'm interested in going on a course to improve my photography skills and perhaps gain a photography qualification.

What courses are worth doing and are there any qualifications anyone would recommend? I'd like to do photography on the side along with my teaching job, maybe get into wedding or portrait photography.

At the moment it's a vague idea. What do you think?

Depends on your current knowledge and budget, i went on an ADULT EDUCATION PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE through Maidstone council, cheap and worth it, they do have different levels, depending on your abilities, not sure if you get a qualification on the more advanced courses but a decent set up.
