photography course recomendations

someone on here a while back recommended this training.... its not a dvd but its free and after watching through it all myself- theres alot of it- its pretty interesting to be honest...

im also looking into the 'karl taylor' courses dvd..... the free basic course is set out in a way i can understand easily from his teaching methods, im just trying to justify the expense of purchasing the rest of it (about £100-£150)- im trying to find reviews re these that arent on the selling site... external reviews maybe a little more honest etc

Any particular type of photography course, are we talking basic photography or something like landscape or studio?.

Nothing specific just to point me in the right direction, i`ve been taken photos but really should look at some kind of instruction incas i`m missing some basic points.

As for me, I would use LYNDA's over Karl Taylor. I cannot give you the advice unless you are a deaf person (like me). Karl Taylor doesn't have subtitles while Lynda does!
