Just wanted to see how popular photography books are nowadays... Have a collection and am thinking of selling them as I still see them going for good money in Borders and so perhaps they still have some say in the photographers library/pecking order...
As a subpoint, which books do you swear by?
I'll probably be listing some of my books for sale/trade eventually but I will carry on my little love of collecting older ones from charity shops, like one I have right next to me here called "Modern Photographic Techniques" published in 1977!
My tip for beginners is anything by John Hedgcoe. Always well presented, plenty of images (and the iso/fstop/shutter info always stated).
