Photography and MP's Look North in the next half hour

Just a heads up for those with sky that BBC Look North doing something on photographers.

It will be. If you have Sky, you will get your local BBC (which is BBC North West).

If you want Look North, then you can manually add another channel (IE the correct BBC region) to your box.

I'll dig out the frequencies now

Not sure if there isnt more than one Look North...I know there is a Yorkshire one and I think the North East has one too...as OP is in Lincolnshire I am guessing Yorkshire one...erm ok - playing with Sky has confused me...My local one is Look North, channel 977 (yorkshire and Lincs) is showing something different and so it 976 (NE and Cumbria) is also showing something else...so dunno which I am watching!

If you have Sky Digital, go to the Services menu

Then press 4 for System setup
then 4 again for "Add Channels"

Then using the remote change the settings to the following

5/6

Then select "Find Channels"
Eventually a list will come up..

use the arrows to highlight BBC1 Yorks&Lincs, and press Yellow to store it, then press select

Backup to the service menu, then select "6 - Other Channels", then press select over BBC! Yorks&Lincs

This doesnt 'write over' any of your regional settings by the way, it just allows you to view other regions

Or you could just ignore everything I said and browse around the 976 977 mark on the EPG

Doh! Didn't know theyd added those!
