take note on the second page; it is not an infringment of copyright to take photos of buildings in a public place or where the premises are open to the public.

well, the general principles can still be applied...and the law hasn't changed that much since tbh. Ok, so labour love their 'protect ourselves at the cost of our people' crap laws but most of this pdf works.
