Photographers Needed!!!

I've been looking for some photographers famous for taking photographs of derelict, abandoned or just plain spooky habitats. When I say habitats I'm mainly refering to buildings where people worked or lived, hospitals, houses office builings ect.

I've been told Jane and Louise Wilson and Rachel Whiteread have looked at similar things but can't find any photos of theirs that are remotley relevant to what I'm looking at.

Any help would be much apprieciated.

One of my A Level Photography units. I basically need to find some photographers to add to my contextual links.
 
have you looked through the members gallerys? If you find anything there contact the owner of the gallery and ask permission to use the shot though, as it would be theft if you took it without permission!
 
As it's for a good cause you can use mine above if you want, on the condition you get all your fellow students to register here ;) . Good luck with exams.
 
Thanks DJW. matty I'llhave alook now although according to my teacher I need reputable photographers which I assume means famous ones who would be recognisable to the examiners.

Put derelict photography in google......first one back on the list. Come on, get yourself together ;)

Just went to that derilictlondon site - lower lea valley. Marshgate lane hasn't changed much in the last 25 years since I was round that way last :lol:
